The financial information (that is used to check the Members' qualifications and to bill the Member for services ordered) is not collected by our website but by the website of the online billing company and is subject to their privacy policy.

Romanian Cupid will share our Members' profiles with other dating Websites' Members as per the terms and conditions detailed in the Service's description.

In addition to this, Members hereby acknowledge that any personally-identifiable information they may acquire about their Personal Dating Assistant per the duration of the Service is not to be disclosed by the Members without prior written consent from the respective PDA.

SHARING OF INFORMATION. Romanian Cupid does NOT rent, sell, or share personal information about you with any third PDArty, except to the financial institution that processes your transaction or where required by law.

Private information such as your real name, email address or credit card number is never shared with other websites or Members –unless per your request expressed by written consent- . THIRD-PDARTY COMPDANIES. This site contains links to other sites. Please note that Romanian cupid is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of other Websites. In some cases, information may be collected about you that is not personally identifiable by third-party advertising companies and service providers ("third parties"). Examples of this type of information include the type of Internet Browser you are using, the type of computer operating system you are using, and the domain name of the Website from which you linked to our site. Third parties are not entitled to use collected data other than for general reporting of aggregate information. MONITORING THE SERVICES. Romanian Cupid reserves the right, to monitor all communication resulted from the Service. Romanian Cupid shall have the right to remove any material that violates, or is alleged to violate, the law or this agreement. Romanian Cupid shall have the right to disclose information transmitted while using the Service for any reason if Romanian Cupid believes that it is reasonable to do so, including to: satisfy laws, regulations, or governmental or legal requests; operate the Service properly; or protect itself and it Members.

PUBLIC FORUMS. This site makes forums, message boards, and/or news groups available to its Members. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information.

PHONE SERVICE. Please note that if you make yourself available for receiving calls from your PDA at a certain phone number at certain times, you agree and acknowledge that you may be reached at that phone number and at those times. Therefore, if you wish to protect your privacy and the confidentiality of your personal information, special care should be taken that no person, other than yourself, shall have access to such phone extension at such times. Privacy will be maintained by Romanian Cupid even though you may not be available for a call. The PDA will not be allowed to leave any message at such phone extension unless you acknowledge to accept the call and/or such messages by written consent.

SECURITY. This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. In addition to normal server security measures, the use of your password or confirmed email from the address on record with the account is required to make changes.
